Shipping & Delivery
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Blanc 27 Floral Design, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery within selected areas only. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to decline delivery to any address outside our designated zones.
2. Delivery Timeframes
All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Blanc 27 Floral Design shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delivery delays, including but not limited to:
• Traffic or road conditions
• Weather events or natural disasters
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
• Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
3. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to:
• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering
• Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time
• Provide a safe and accessible delivery location
Blanc 27 Floral Design accepts no responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or the absence of a recipient.
4. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or an inaccessible address, the order may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion, or returned to our shop. In the event of a failed delivery:
• Re-delivery fees may apply
• No refund will be issued for perishable items that cannot be re-delivered
• It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery promptly
5. Risk of Loss
Once an order has been dispatched from our premises, title and risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Blanc 27 Floral Design is not responsible for any damage that occurs to arrangements after they have left our care.
6. Pick-Up Orders
For click-and-collect orders, arrangements must be collected at the agreed date and time. Blanc 27 Floral Design is not responsible for the condition of arrangements that are collected late or left uncollected. No refund will be issued for uncollected orders.
7. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, regardless of outcome.
8. Changes to Orders
Requests to change the delivery address, date, or time must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. We will endeavour to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them once an order is in progress.
