About Return and Refund


Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our floral products, all sales are final. By placing an order with Blanc 27 Floral Design, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or style preference

  • Colour or size variation due to seasonal flower availability

  • Variation between the arrangement and any reference images or descriptions

  • Failure to collect the order at the agreed time Once an order is dispatched or picked up, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded based on personal preference or interpretation of style.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
Blanc 27 Floral Design will only consider a return, replacement, or refund where:

  • The arrangement arrives damaged due to our error or mishandling prior to dispatch; or

  • The arrangement is materially defective at the time of delivery or pick-up.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up

  • Provide your order number, a written description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence

Claims made outside the 24-hour window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Assessment and Resolution
All claims are assessed at the sole discretion of Blanc 27 Floral Design. We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional information before making a determination

  • Reject any claim that does not meet the eligibility criteria

  • Offer a replacement arrangement or store credit in lieu of a cash refund

Our preferred resolution is to offer a replacement arrangement of equal value. A cash refund will only be issued where a replacement is not possible or practicable.

4. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if the claim is approved following our assessment and a replacement cannot be provided. The following are expressly excluded from refund eligibility:

  • Change of mind or personal taste

  • Natural variations in colour or bloom stage

  • Damage occurring after delivery or pick-up

  • Orders not collected at the agreed time

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery providers

5. Refund Method and Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion where only part of an order is affected.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced. If a cancellation request is received before production begins, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply. No cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

7. Natural Variation & Substitution Disclaimer
Flowers are natural products; variations in colour, size, and shape are inherent and are not considered defects. Seasonal availability may require the substitution of specific flowers with varieties of equal or greater value. Such substitutions are made at our professional discretion and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our liability is limited to the resupply of the product or payment of the cost of resupply.
