If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled for free up to 48 hours before the delivery or pick-up time.

Our Glebe florist offers flower delivery across Sydney for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and everyday gifts.
Same-day delivery is available for eligible arrangements ordered by 12 pm Monday–Friday or 10 am Saturday, Sydney local time. Some rose bouquets, dyed flowers and Blanc 27 Palette designs require advance ordering. Check the lead time on your chosen product before placing an order. Delivery arrangements and cut-offs may differ during peak holidays.
Delivery fees for the recipient’s address and selected date are shown at checkout before payment.
You can also collect from our Glebe shop during opening hours. See our contact page for the pickup address and current opening hours. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to arrange collection by a third-party courier.

Yes. You can order online from overseas for flower delivery to someone in Sydney, Australia. Choose your bouquet and enter the recipient’s Sydney delivery address when placing your order.
Our birthday flowers, romantic bouquets and rose bouquets are options for celebrating from afar. Check your chosen product’s advance-order requirements and use Sydney local time when checking delivery cut-offs.
