If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled for free up to 48 hours before the delivery or pick-up time.

Most arrangements can be delivered on the same day if ordered by 12:00 pm, except for the "Blanc 27 Palette“ collection.
We offer delivery services to major metro areas, please refer to the check out page for the delivery cost.
Other Areas:
For other areas, you can always come to pick up your order or use Uber/Didi delivery services to deliver your flowers. -
While we strive for accuracy, some variations may occur due to seasonal availability and local supply. Our florists will ensure the overall style and quality match the photo.
