How do I place an order?
You can place an order online through our website. Simply choose your preferred bouquet or arrangement and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled for free up to 48 hours before the delivery or pick-up time.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?
While we strive for accuracy, some variations may occur due to seasonal availability and local supply. Our florists will ensure the overall style and quality match the photo.
What if I'm not satisfied with my delivered flowers?
If you are not satisfied with your flowers or our service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
Is the freshness of the flowers guaranteed?
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers. Every bouquet is prepared and delivered on the same day to ensure they arrive fresh.
What delivery services do you offer?
Most arrangements can be delivered on the same day if ordered by 1pm, except for the "Blanc 27 Palette“ collection.
We offer delivery services to the following areas:
Alexandria, Waterloo, Zetland, Rosebery, Mascot, and surrounding areas
Surry Hills, Newtown, Redfern, Chippendale, Sydney CBD, and surrounding areas
Other Areas:
For other areas, you can always come to pick up your order or use Uber/Didi delivery services to deliver your flowers.
Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
On the day of delivery, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery window.
Do you provide floral designs for weddings and events?
Yes, our professional floral designers can create arrangements and decorations for weddings, events, and other special occasions.
